Our Story
Olive Healthcare Services was born from years spent working inside the care sector and seeing the same gap again and again: home care that was kind but not well coordinated, or professional but not personal. Our founders, experienced health and social care professionals, set out to build a service that refuses that trade-off.
The answer was to build the service around the person, not the other way round. Every Olive Healthcare package begins with a thorough assessment by a senior team member and a plan agreed with you, so support fits your routines, your goals and your home, and adapts as your needs change, while the day-to-day care itself stays warm, familiar and consistent.
Today we support adults of all ages nationwide, living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and everything we do is measured against the standards of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care.

Leadership
Nominated Individual
As a registered nurse, Olakunle brings clinical expertise and personal values to the leadership of Olive Healthcare. He founded the organisation with a clear vision: to deliver the standard of care he would want for his own family. He leads the organisation's strategic direction and holds responsibility as CQC Nominated Individual.
Registered Manager
Joseph provides executive leadership for the operational, quality, and safeguarding functions of Olive Healthcare. He is responsible for ensuring services are safe, effective, well-led, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. With extensive experience in complex-needs care, governance, and service improvement, Joseph works closely with families, commissioners, and professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes for every individual we serve.
